Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or adult caregiving roles.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with both children and adults.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying family needs.
